Wyndham Indianapolis West

The room was nice and roomy, the staff was excellent and accommodating. The restaurant was the best, the service was great for the amount of people that were present. Jamie was our server at Nicola's and she was by far the best server I have had in a LONG TIME!

I loved how close to downtown Indianapolis the hotel is. I love how easy it is to get to downtown Indianapolis from the hotel. The beds and the pillows were super soft. They had a microwave which was unexpected but very very welcomed.

The staff was amazing. The restaurant happy hour was golden! Overall experience: husband and I were extremely satisfied.

The hotel was very very nice. I enjoyed my stay and my room a lot. The bathroom lighting was really nice and luminous. I’d definitely stay there again. It was really secluded. I’d just request to stay on a higher level next time.

The location is great for semi truck/trailer drivers bc it’s just off of the interstate although it is difficult to maneuver the parking lot in a semi when it’s busy, for the curbs and now for this property’s continued renovation. I must say though renovations are coming along nicely. The Nicolino’s restaurant and bar has good food, service and a pool table and darts area. This is a conference center as well so it’s a big property. The security guard was very helpful and friendly. A female staff member was much nicer and personable than a male staffer. Our room was perfect and clean. The complimentary bottles of water are always nice to have.
