When we arrived our reservation was messed up due to 3rd party booking. We initially were dealing with a very rude desk clerk, but then the supervisor stepped in & took care of us. Samuel was fantastic along with his lady Supervisor. He made sure we were put in the correct room. After our stay & we got back to town, I noticed they had adjusted my rate & made it all right. I'm very impressed by this staff & following through with all their promises to make everything right. We will definitely be back!!

Everything was great. THe costumer service, the manager, the food at the restaurant. Very busy weekend and it was a great experience. The hotel was exactly what we needed. Thank you.

The hotel was very very nice. I enjoyed my stay and my room a lot. The bathroom lighting was really nice and luminous. I’d definitely stay there again. It was really secluded. I’d just request to stay on a higher level next time.

The location is great for semi truck/trailer drivers bc it’s just off of the interstate although it is difficult to maneuver the parking lot in a semi when it’s busy, for the curbs and now for this property’s continued renovation. I must say though renovations are coming along nicely. The Nicolino’s restaurant and bar has good food, service and a pool table and darts area. This is a conference center as well so it’s a big property. The security guard was very helpful and friendly. A female staff member was much nicer and personable than a male staffer. Our room was perfect and clean. The complimentary bottles of water are always nice to have.

The event I was attending was in the same building so made it easy. Rooms was nice and clean. I know they had a recent remodel. It was well done.

The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was easily accessible and close to the areas we were visiting. All employees we were in contact with were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast wasn't available, but everything was basically very easy going. It's a nice place to stay for a night, no problems. I did very much enjoy not having to check out until noon.

The black woman who worked the front desk at the time of my stay particularly at my check in/out was very pleasant I can’t remember her name but at the time she was braids as a hairstyle
